Data analytics and AI have been at the forefront of COVID-19 outbreak helping us to understand and navigate these uncertain times. I was honoured to be part of this webinar conducted by Deakin University, Department of Information Systems and Business Analytics.

Panellists shared their opinions and expertise on the ever-increasing importance of analytics and AI in driving policy and decision-making during times of crisis, the challenges and opportunities of using data during a pandemic bu government, businesses and health organisations, and the new service models including health and well-being based upon analytics and AI.
