The NDIS Bill Song: the Music Video Created by AI. This is a BIG week for the NDIS Bill. There are now over a 100 submissions just on the NDIS Bill Amendments, including submission 106, which is from the Council of Australian Federation (ie all the Sates and Territories). This is in addition to over 200 submissions to the initial NDIS Bill Inquiry.

THREE HUNDRED submissions all-up rejecting the NDIS Bill. Except of course the submissions from NDIA and DSS.

ALL State and Territory governments do not support the NDIS Bill - that is an extraordinary national situation. The NDIS Clogged Pathway is causing a health services emergency, with NDIS Participants in hospitals waiting up to a YEAR or more for the NDIA to get its sh*t together - and approve a plan.

‘Ultimately, we simply do not have the information we need to assess the impact of the changes proposed in the NDIS Bill – It is unclear who will be in or out of the scheme or the supports they will receive. We are deeply concerned that this way of going about the reform – including through this Bill – will lead to worse outcomes for more Australians with disability and their families.’

Providers are shutting down. People losing their jobs. Participants plans being horrifically cut. Devastating Harm.
