Microsoft: The New World of Government Work
From 2006
Together with the Microsoft Worldwide Public Services and eGovernment industry team, I co-authored the ‘New World of Government Work’ Microsoft whitepaper. The purpose of this whitepaper and strategy was to stimulate discussion on some of the most profound challenges confronting government and society – that of a global connected world and aging society. Over the next few years, technology investments made by government will change the face of administrations and service delivery and alter the competitiveness of entire decades for decades.
