2009: Allan Johnson Fitness First Award

This is a video that Fitness First recorded when Allan Johnson was a finalist in the New You Health Award in 2009, to mark his recovery from major heart surgery. Allan, who became known as Cardiac Man, would go on to have more heart surgeries - all up 8 cardiac bypass grafts + 4 stents. In many ways, this video captures the emotion and tells the story of where the Digital Human Cardiac Coach began in 2006.
